"القومي للبحوث" يوقع بروتوكولاً تنفيذياً لتحالف “تطوير صناعة الألبان"
"تطوير صناعة الألبان والصناعات الغذائية" أحد التحالفات التسعة المتأهلة للمرحلة النهائية ضمن المبادرة الرئاسية “تحالف وتنمية” تحت رعاية الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي، رئيس الجمهورية، وبحضور رئيس مجلس الوزراء الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي، والدكتور أيمن عاشور وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، ويثمّن المركز القومي للبحوث مشاركته كشريك رئيسي في التحالف.
وقد شهدت الفعاليات، التي استضافتها مصر خلال افتتاح الجمعية العامة لهيئة الشراكة بين الأكاديميات 2025 والمعرض الدولي لتسويق مخرجات البحوث (IRC EXPO 2025) والذي نظمته أكاديمية البحث العلمي و التكنولوجيا، توقيع البروتوكول التنفيذي للتحالف الذي تقوده جامعة المنصورة ويشرف المركز القومي للبحوث بكونه شريكا في التحالف والذي يضم نخبة من المؤسسات الأكاديمية والبحثية والصناعية العاملة ضمن إقليم الدلتا.
ويؤكد المركز القومي للبحوث أن مشاركته تأتي دعمًا لدوره الوطني في تطوير قطاعات الصناعات الغذائية وتعزيز قدرات البحث والتطوير والابتكار في مجالات الألبان وسلاسل القيمة الغذائية، بما يسهم في خدمة الاقتصاد الوطني وتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة.
تحالف تطوير صناعة الألبان
يشارك في تحالف “تطوير صناعة الألبان والصناعات الغذائية” من المركز القومي للبحوث كلٌّ من:
• الدكتور مجدي محمد أحمد السيد
عميد معهد بحوث الصناعات الغذائية والتغذية الأسبق، وأستاذ تكنولوجيا الألبان بالمركز.
• الدكتور محمود صقر
رئيس أكاديمية البحث العلمي والتكنولوجيا السابق، وأستاذ التكنولوجيا الحيوية بالمركز القومي للبحوث.
• الدكتورة نهال سامح محمد رمضان
باحث بمعهد بحوث الصناعات الكيماوية بالمركز القومي للبحوث.
مخرجات البحث العلمي
وقد صرّح الدكتور ممدوح معوض، رئيس المركز القومي للبحوث، بأن المبادرة الرئاسية “تحالف وتنمية” تُعد تحولًا استراتيجيًا في ربط البحث العلمي بالصناعة، وإطلاق تحالفات إقليمية قادرة على قيادة التنمية الاقتصادية في القطاعات ذات الأولوية.
وأكد أن تأهل تحالف “تطوير صناعة الألبان والصناعات الغذائية” للمرحلة النهائية يعكس قوة الشراكات بين الجامعات والمراكز البحثية والصناعة، ويمثل خطوة مهمة نحو تحويل مخرجات البحث العلمي إلى تطبيقات صناعية مبتكرة تدعم الأمن الغذائي وترفع القدرة التنافسية للمنتجات المصرية.
كما توجه بالشكر والتقدير لفخامة الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي على دعمه غير المسبوق لمبادرات الابتكار الوطني، ولرئيس الوزراء الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي ومعالي الوزير الدكتور أيمن عاشور على رعايتهم الكاملة لبرنامج التحالفات.
ويؤكد المركز التزامه المستمر بدعم تنفيذ خطط التحالف بما يعزز التنمية الصناعية ويُسهم في تحقيق قيمة اقتصادية مضافة للدولة.
Signing of the Executive Protocol for the “Dairy and Food Industries Development Alliance” within the Presidential Initiative “Alliance and Development”
Under the patronage of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, and in the presence of Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly and Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the National Research Centre (NRC) proudly affirms its participation as a principal partner in the “Dairy and Food Industries Development Alliance”, one of nine alliances that have qualified for the final stage of the presidential initiative “Alliance and Development”. This alliance, led by Mansoura University, brings together a distinguished group of academic, research and industrial institutions across the Delta region. The signing of the executive protocol took place during the inauguration of the General Assembly of the Academies Partnership Authority and the International Research Commercialization Expo (IRC EXPO 2025).
In this vein, the NRC emphasizes its dedication to advancing the food industries sector and to strengthening research, development, and innovation capacities in the fields of dairy and food value chains, therefore contributing to the national economy and supporting the achievement of sustainable development goals.
Representing the NRC in the “Dairy and Food Industries Development Alliance” are:
- Prof. Magdy Mohamed Ahmed El-Sayed
Former Dean of the Institute of Food Industries and Nutrition Research, and Professor of Dairy Technology.
- Prof. Mahmoud Sakr
Former President of the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology, and Professor of Biotechnology.
- Dr. Nehal Sameh Mohamed Ramadan
Researcher at the Institute of Chemical Industries Research.
Professor Mamdouh Moawad, President of the NRC, affirmed that the Presidential Initiative “Alliance and Development” represents a strategic transformation in linking scientific research with industry and in driving economic development in priority sectors. He highlighted the qualification of the “Dairy and Food Industries Development Alliance” as an important step toward integrating research outputs into industrial applications that support food security and enhance the competitiveness of Egyptian products. This achievement also reflects the strength of partnerships between universities, research centers, and industry. He further extended his sincere gratitude to His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi for his unprecedented support of national innovation initiatives, and to Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly and Minister Dr. Ayman Ashour for their full sponsorship of the alliances program.
The NRC reiterates its commitment to supporting the alliance’s plans, thereby strengthening industrial development and contributing to added economic value for the state.
